MODSIM World 2024 paid registration includes Tuesday and Wednesday breakfast, Tuesday and Wednesday lunch, breaks and Tuesday reception. You will receive an email registration confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible

Cancellation
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by 10 May will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 May. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.

Registration is open to all those involved in the modeling, simulation, and training industry; U.S. Allies; and NATO member countries.
Harassment Policy
The National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), an affiliate of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NTSA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NTSA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NTSA.
Code of Conduct
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Physical or verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, NTSA staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, NTSA staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Disruption of presentations at sessions, in the exhibit hall, or at other events organized by NTSA at the meeting venue, hotels, or other contracted facilities.
NTSA has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you experience any type of harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, NTSA asks that you inform Debbie Langelier, Vice President, NTSA, dlangelier@NTSA.org so that we can take the appropriate action. NTSA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and NTSA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting.
Recording
By attending the event, I understand that NTSA will record, reproduce, and distribute photos and or/a recording of this conference, event, etc. My registration gives consent and I understand that any remarks, questions, images and comments that I make will/may be included in distribution.
