Paid iFEST 2022 registration includes breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and receptions.
Onsite Registration & Badge Pick-up Hours
- Tuesday, 16 August from 1200 – 1800
- Wednesday, 17 August from 0700 – 1730
- Thursday, 18 August from 0700 – 1200
Onsite Registration & Badge Pick-up Requirements
You will be required to provide the following documentation to register onsite and for badge pick-up:
- FULLY VACCINATED ATTENDEES – You will be required to show your vaccination card
- NOT BEEN VACCINATED ATTENDEES – You will be required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test at registration check-in
- PREFER NOT TO RESPOND ATTENDEES – You will be required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test at registration check-in
A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public setting where people are present; by attending this event, you are voluntarily assuming all risk related to exposure to COVID-19. Please see the Health, Safety & Attendance FAQs for full documentation information.

Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. Food and beverage are not included with the complimentary registration. International Government can register for the Government with meals option. The complimentary registration is for U.S. Government only.

Cancellation
Cancellations received by Friday, 5 August 2022 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 5 August 2022. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org.
