Registration

Paid MODSIM World 2022 registration includes breakfast on Tuesday/Wednesday, lunch on Tuesday/Wednesday, break service, and reception. 

Please read the COVID-19 Safety & Attendance Information page. NTSA/NDIA are committed to following on-site safety measures and enhanced cleaning guidelines, precautions, and procedures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). We are following—and will remain in compliance with—all city, state, and federal guidelines. If the direction from federal, state, or local official public health authorities changes, we will adhere to the new guidance, act upon it immediately, and update everyone. A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public setting where people are present; by attending this event, you are voluntarily assuming all risk related to exposure to COVID-19.

Onsite Badge Pick-Up

As agreed to during the registration process, please be sure to have your vaccination card or COVID-19 test ready for check-in at registration and to receive your badge.

Onsite badge pick-up will be available at the following times (EDT):

  • Monday, 9 May from 1000 – 1700
  • Tuesday, 10 May from 0700 – 1700
  • Wednesday, 11 May from 0700 – 1400

Cancellation

Cancellations received by Friday, April 29, 2022 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 29, 2022. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org.
