Attendee Information

Onsite Badge Pick-Up

As agreed to during the registration process, please be sure to have your vaccination card or COVID-19 test ready for check-in at registration and to receive your badge.

Onsite badge pick-up will be available at the following times (EDT):

  • Monday, 9 May from 1000 – 1700
  • Tuesday, 10 May from 0700 – 1700
  • Wednesday, 11 May from 0700 – 1400

Dress Code

Army: ACUs or Duty Uniform
Marine Corps: Service “C”
Navy: Service Khaki, Navy Service Uniform
Air Force: Short or Long Service Blues
Coast Guard: Tropical Blue Long
Civilian: Business Casual

Parking

Self parking: $20; Valet $26. Self parking is available in the Parking Garage attached to the hotel.

Make sure to attend MODSIM World as there will be no virtual component or recordings.
