The key purpose of training is to enhance and keep Human Performance at a level of proficiency that is required to optimize mission effectiveness. While our community tends to traditionally focus on technologies to improve the training experience (e.g., live-virtual-constructive, gaming, AR/VR, metaverse), in recent years there has been a resurgence of interest in new ways to measure and improve human performance. Rigorous approaches that systematically optimize human performance have been developed by more precise measurement and technology that target human performance at the physical, cognitive, behavioral, social, and even emotional levels. The use of advanced techniques in learning theory, data science, and artificial intelligence have also enabled a more individualized, adaptive perspective to tailor training to each individual and team. For this webinar, we have assembled a world-class panel of industry thought leaders who will share with the audience promising new approaches and technologies aimed at pushing the envelope of human performance and who will describe market opportunities associated with these innovations.
Registration is open and complimentary for all who wish to join. Space is limited, register today!
