TIMOTHY F. BISHOP, SES was selected for the Senior Executive Service and appointed to the position of Deputy Program Executive Officer for the Program Executive Office, Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) on January 20, 2019. Mr. Bishop manages a portfolio of fielded systems with a current inventory value of over $2.65B in 125 locations; over 335,000 training devices in 19 foreign countries; and 480 sites worldwide. He evaluates proposed program plans of subordinate managers in light of current technology; Army research, development, and engineering needs; and program thrusts.
