Bio
Dustin Brown is the Deputy Assistant Director for Management at OMB and responsible for helping to lead efforts to reform government. His responsibilities include coordinating the development and implementation of the President’s Management Agenda (PMA), overseeing the Federal performance framework, developing strategies and policies for strengthening the Federal workforce, and helps lead reforms to the security clearance process, infrastructure permitting process, and improving customer experience. Dustin was elected to chair the OECD Public Governance Committee in 2018 where he has represented the United States Government since 2010. He has Fellowships with the National Academy of Public Administration, the Volcker Alliance, and Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, and is an adjunct professor at LBJ School of Public Affairs at University of Texas.
