Training Technician (Modeling & Simulations), MCTOG

Why did you obtain your CMSP?

I want to continue to develop while expanding my knowledge and expertise in the field of Modeling and Simulations. I love what I do and want to make sure that I am able to work, train, or share information with colleagues accurately. This special tacit knowledge allows individuals to train to scenarios to become more efficient. Many times I found that knowledge is not constantly shared so the next generation is left void in some areas of understanding. It is my responsibility to be the best version of my self so others can adequately glean from that. I love that this certification is being made available as a distinction and refinement tool.

What is your Modeling & Simulation experience & expertise?

I have 5+ years of Modeling and Simulation experience training multiple missions and exercises with simulation tools. Master's Degree in Information Technology with concentration in Cloud Computing, CompTIA Security Plus CE certification, Networking and Computer expertise. I also have my CP36 designation for modeling and simulation experience I received from The AMSO (Army Modeling Simulation Office) which is equivalent to the FA57 assignment.
